"The Organisation", "The Company", "Counsellor", "Staff Members", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us" refer to our Organisation. "Party", "Parties", or "Us" refer to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Organisation’s stated services, by and subject to, the prevailing law of India. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation, and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.
2. GENERAL TERMS
2.1 Cookies

We reserve the right to enter our premises. We hold the authority to stop anyone from entering our premises or remove them from our premises.
2.7 Removal of links from our website
If you find any offensive links on our website, you are free to contact us and inform us at any moment. We will consider requests to remove links but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.
We do not ensure that the information on this website is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we promise to ensure that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up to date.
2.8 Capturing photographs
We may capture or record your photographs or video for promotional purposes. If you have any objections you can move away from the camera.
2.9 Responsibility for damages
We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to your personal belongings on our premises. We will also not be held responsible for any injuries or damages suffered due to negligence.
2.10 Application/Process cancellation
2.10.1 Without prior approval and written permission, you may not create frames around our Webpages that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our Website.
2.10.2 If a student refuses or makes delays to pay any due amount to us, we reserve the right to cancel the application, slot, or cancel the appointment booked. Please note that this includes processing fees, service charges, or any outstanding payments related to your application.
2.10.3 We reserve the right to cancel or alter the application/process without prior notice in situations where the student fails to fulfill financial obligations or adhere to payment deadlines.
2.11 Support System
2.11.1 Query will only be resolved if it is mailed to support@lyceumacad.com
2.11.2 We can only assist the student if his query is received by our support system. Students must make sure that they have received a ticket number as a reply from our support system automatically.
2.11.3 Tickets will be closed according to the period intimated in the support system mail. Students are advised to wait until the period.
2.11.4 If the student is not satisfied with the response from customer support. He/she can visit the office directly and resolve the issue.
2.11.5 If a student needs a quick resolution, He/She can instantly visit the office during working hours to solve a query.
2.11.6 All the calls from students shall be answered during working hours only. If a student needs emergency assistance they can message the staff members and inform them about the emergency.
2.11.7If any counsellor or staff members are not receiving calls, it means they are busy. They will either call you back or you can visit our office during our working hours if you have not received any call from them.
2.12 Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website, and their use of them. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;

limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or

As long as the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.
3 TERMS FOR USA APPLICATIONS
3.1 Student Counsellor/Organisation
3.1.1 We (Organisation/Admissions Counsellor) provide only visa assistance; we do not guarantee any visa approvals.
3.1.2 Career Counseling is a subject matter of solicitation.
3.1.3 The Counsellor will use several scientific tools including personality assessment, interest assessment and others and we do not guarantee any acceptance from universities.
3.1.4 Universities' admission criteria are subject to change according to the circumstances. We will not be held liable for any changes.
3.1.5 Counsellor provides the student and parent with a detailed analysis as to why a particular career is suitable for the child.
3.1.6 Counsellors still encourage and suggest parents and students use their discretion before acting on any suggestion provided by the counsellor.
3.1.7 Students and Parents have taken the services of the counsellor only for the sole purpose of suggestion and guidance.
3.1.8 Every child has an individual ability to perform well in life and counselling should only be treated as a suggestion and guidance to do the same more efficiently.
3.1.9 Counselling advice is for the sole purpose of guidance only.
3.1.10 The counselling service supports students at a time when they are most vulnerable and aims to contain the distress of vulnerable students. However, the counselling service cannot take responsibility for all mental health issues arising on the premises and will work together with other key staff to support students in distressing situations.
3.1.11 These terms and conditions may be altered and/or cancelled, modified, or suspended at any time by Maverick Overseas and
Lyceum Academy in their sole discretion, without any notice.
3.2 Standard Operating Procedure
3.2.1 Application will be submitted within 2 working days after successfully submitting all your documents.
3.2.2 Fees once paid are not refundable under any circumstances.
3.2.3 We will not be held liable for any delays with the universities which are either due to external or internal disturbances.
3.2.4 Email Credentials and Portal information will not be shared for partial payments.
3.2.5 The student is responsible for the timely submission of the documents required for admissions processing.
3.2.6 The student hereby authorizes the Admissions Counsellor/Organization to further communicate with the university regarding
admissions or any information necessary to support his application.
3.2.7 Governmental rules of the country are subject to change according to the situation or from time to time. The Organization/Admissions Counsellor will not be held liable for it.
3.2.8 The students take full responsibility for the information entered in the DS-160, SEVIS Form, Visa Interview form, VFS global visa form, Universities application form, or any other form. It is the responsibility of the student to cross-check all the information entered by the Admissions Counsellor.
3.2.9 The student herein undertakes and solemnly declares that the information provided for applications is complete and accurate to the best of his knowledge.
3.2.10 The student confirms that he is completely aware of the university requirements, course details, tuition fees, visa requirements, and all necessary information.
3.2.11 The student is aware that falsifying/fabricating any document or information will result in the cancellation of admission/visa. In any such case, the Admissions Counsellor/Organization will not be held responsible in any manner.
3.2.12 The student declares that all Academic Documents, English Language Test Score Cards, Subjective & Aptitude Score Cards, Work Experience certificates, Financial Statements, and any other documents are genuine to the best of his knowledge. In case of any fraudulent documents, the Admissions Counsellor/Organization will not be held responsible in any manner.
3.2.13 The student understands the submission of this application does not in any way guarantee admission. His admission is subject to the application meeting the university prerequisites, and the final decision is at the sole discretion of the university officials only. In any such case, the Admissions Counsellor/Organization will not be held responsible in any manner.
3.2.14 If his application/visa is accepted for the university program, he assures to update himself and abide by the policies of the college/university during his tenure as a student.
3.2.15 All the updates of the students will be sent through email to the student. We do not hold the responsibility of informing the student personally about any updates from the universities. If a student does not get any updates, he should mail the issue to support@lyceumacad.com.
3.2.16 Defer for university will be allowed up to a maximum of 2 times. Defer will only be allowed after payment of the full payment processing fee.
3.2.17 The amount may fluctuate in the future as per the currency exchange rate.
3.2.18 It is the sole responsibility of the student to securely store and manage all acceptance letters, Form I-20, and any other documents related to their visa filing. Admissions Counsellor/Organization does not assume responsibility for the safekeeping of these documents. We strongly advise students to maintain a secure and organized record of all relevant documents throughout their academic journey. In the event of loss, damage, or any issues related to these documents, the Admissions Counsellor/Organization will not be held responsible. This clause emphasizes the importance of students managing their essential paperwork and documents independently.
3.2.19 If a student remains uncontactable and fails to engage with our office for a period of 90 days, their file will be deemed as closed in our records after sending a final warning message to their registered email address. Please note that fees paid will not be refunded in case of file closure. It is the responsibility of the student to maintain regular communication and keep their file active.
3.3 DS-160 Terms
3.3.1 All the information entered by the counsellor in DS-160 is only based on the student’s data. Hereby, the student takes full responsibility for the data entered.
3.3.2 It is the responsibility of the student to cross-check the information entered by the counsellor. Any wrong information entered in DS-160 is the responsibility of the student.
3.3.3 It is the responsibility of the student to submit the DS-160 within 20 days of creation.
3.3.4 The student must cross-check or verify the following before submitting the DS-160:

Make sure your name is properly entered according to your passport. Please enter ‘FNU’ in the Given Name column if your passport does not include a given name.

Make sure your phone number and your father’s phone number are different.
-
Make sure you entered the correct passport number.
-
Make sure you entered your travel history (if any) in the last 5 years.
-
Make sure you have entered two references who are your friends and not relatives, and these friends are not processing for the U.S.
-
Make sure you enter a working phone number for your work details.
-
Make sure your DS-160 number matches your appointment confirmation.
3.3.5 It is the responsibility of the student to collect and store all the documents and data provided during the DS-160 submission process.
3.4 Appointment Confirmation (CGI) Terms
3.4.1 All the information entered by the counsellor in appointment confirmation is only based on the student’s data. Hereby, the student takes full responsibility for the data entered.
3.4.2 It is the responsibility of the student to cross-check the information entered by the counsellor. Any wrong information entered in the appointment confirmation is the responsibility of the student.
3.4.3 The student must cross-check or verify the following before submitting the appointment confirmation:

Make sure your name is properly entered according to your passport. Please enter ‘FNU’ in the Given Name column if your passport does not include a given name.

Make sure your phone and alternate phone numbers are different.
-
Make sure you entered the correct passport number.
-
Make sure you enter a working phone number.

Make sure you entered the correct date of birth. (Month/Day/Year)

3.4.4 It is the responsibility of the student to be aware of the location of the interview. We do not hold any responsibility for informing him.
3.4.5 It is the responsibility of the student to collect and save all the credentials provided during the appointment confirmation process.
3.5 Application Fee/Tuition Fee/Enrolment Deposit Paid Towards University
3.5.1 The application fee once paid is not refundable under any circumstances.
3.5.2 The tuition deposit paid to the university is not our liability, any refund request should be made directly to the university. We will not be responsible for getting refunds of tuition deposits in case of visa rejections or any other scenario.
3.5.3 The refund decision lies within the discretion of the university. We do not guarantee any approvals or rejections of your refund request made to the university.
3.5.4 We will not be responsible if the university changes its Application Fee/Tuition Fee/Enrolment Deposit payment criteria.
3.5.5 Any rejection and defer of application from the university does not make us liable.
3.5.6 The student shall bear the tax and bank charges.
3.6 Interview Booking
3.6.1 Slots will be booked on a first-come, first-serve basis for a US visa interview. We cannot assure a slot for any student for any date or any consulate.
3.6.2 We are not responsible for informing the students of slots opening.
3.6.3 We only book slots for large openings, we do not book slots for small openings.
3.6.4 If a student is not interested in attending the slot booked by us, they can cancel and rebook. We do not hold the responsibility of rebooking the slot.
3.6.5 We do not hold the responsibility of booking refusal slots.
3.7 Interview Classes
3.7.1 We reserve the right to enter students into our classroom.
3.7.2 We reserve the right to expel any student from the classroom due to his inappropriate behavior.
3.7.3 We reserve the right to cancel, alter, or postpone the classes without any prior information.
3.8 Standard Procedure for USA Student Visa
3.8.1 The processing fee paid will be used to apply only to 4 universities in the US. Students must pay extra charges if they need to apply for additional universities.
3.8.2 The student must carry documents that have been verified by Maverick Overseas/Lyceum Academy. If they attend the interview without verification done from our side, we reserve the right to cancel their application with us. In such cases, no refunds or services will be provided to them. Additionally, if the student has a visa interview booked, we have the right to cancel the interview. We also reserve the right to request the university to cancel the I20.
3.8.3 The student is financially capable of undertaking education abroad for the entire period of his study. He claims responsibility for the authenticity of his financial declaration forms and financial statements submitted for admission and the I-20 process.
3.8.4 Charges of SERVICE FEE includes: Appointment Booking Assistance, DS-160 Filing Assistance, Visa Interview Classes, Financial Verification, Mock Interviews. If the student does not pay service charges. He needs to pay separate charges for separate tasks.

3.8.5 Admissions Counsellor/Organization does not manage or take responsibility for university transfers once a student is in the USA. If the student wishes to change universities, it is the student's sole responsibility to handle the transfer process, adhering to the policies of the involved institutions and immigration regulations. Admissions Counsellor/Organization cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from university transfers.
3.8.6 In the event that a student is deported during the immigration process, Maverick Overseas/Lyceum Academy will not be held liable or responsible for the deportation. The student acknowledges and accepts that immigration decisions are solely at the discretion of the relevant immigration authorities and that our role is limited to providing guidance and support for the visa application process. We do not have control over or responsibility for the actions or decisions made by immigration officials. Consequently, Maverick Overseas/Lyceum Academy will not offer refunds, compensations, or any form of redress in such cases. It is the student's responsibility to ensure that they comply with all immigration laws and regulations, and to present truthful and accurate information to immigration authorities.
3.9 Mock Interview Terms
3.9.1 Only one mock interview is allowed in a day.
3.9.2 We reserve the right to capture your video for training and promotional purposes.
3.9.3 We reserve the right to decline your request to attend the mock interview.
3.9.4 The purpose of providing the facility is for the sole benefit of students; we will not be held responsible for any emotional or psychological damage.
4 TERMS FOR AUSTRALIA APPLICATIONS
4.1 Standard Procedure for Australia Visit Visa
4.1.1 Clients applying for an Australian visit visa must adhere to the application process outlined by Maverick Overseas/Lyceum Academy. This includes providing necessary documentation and completing required forms accurately.
4.1.2 While Maverick Overseas/Lyceum Academy assists clients in the visa application process, we do not guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions are made solely by the Australian authorities, and Maverick Overseas/Lyceum Academy cannot be held responsible for any visa rejections.
4.1.3 Clients are responsible for demonstrating sufficient financial means to support their visit to Australia. Maverick Overseas/Lyceum Academy may provide guidance on financial documentation required for the visa application process, but ultimate responsibility lies with the client.
4.1.4 Clients should be aware of the validity period of their Australian visit visa. It is their responsibility to ensure compliance with visa conditions and departure from Australia within the specified timeframe.
4.1.5 Clients must adhere to all conditions outlined in their Australian visit visa, including restrictions on employment and duration of stay. Maverick Overseas/Lyceum Academy does not assume responsibility for any consequences resulting from non-compliance with visa conditions.
4.1.6 Clients requiring an extension to their Australian visit visa must follow the procedures set by the Australian authorities. Maverick Overseas/Lyceum Academy may provide guidance on extension procedures but cannot guarantee approval.
4.1.7 Maverick Overseas/Lyceum Academy disclaims any liability for issues arising from the Australian visit visa application process, including visa rejections, delays, or changes in visa policies. Clients engage with our services understanding and accepting these risks.
4.1.8 In the event that a client is deported during the immigration process, Maverick Overseas/Lyceum Academy will not be held liable or responsible for the deportation. The client acknowledges and accepts that immigration decisions are solely at the discretion of the relevant immigration authorities and that our role is limited to providing guidance and support for the visa application process. We do not have control over or responsibility for the actions or decisions made by immigration officials. Consequently, Maverick Overseas/Lyceum Academy will not offer refunds, compensations, or any form of redress in such cases. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that they comply with all immigration laws and regulations, and to present truthful and accurate information to immigration authorities.
5 VERIFICATION SERVICES
5.1 Disclaimer on Verification Accuracy
5.1.1 We make every effort to provide accurate and reliable verification services.
5.1.2 We cannot be held responsible for any fraudulent documents or misrepresentations that may come to light in the future.
5.1.3 Our services are conducted based on the information provided to us at the time of verification.
5.1.4 We do not assume responsibility for the accuracy or authenticity of the documents provided.
5.1.5 It is the responsibility of the document holder to ensure the accuracy and legality of the information and documents submitted.
Jurisdiction
All matters are subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana, India only.
